The Village Emerald Shopping Centre

With a tight 3-week deadline from start to finish, STT Electrical Services installed and commissioned a large commercial solar system for The Village. Modifications to the existing main switchboard and adding a new distribution board completed the project.
Commercial Office Fitout

Client: AF Constructions
We were pleased to work with the team at AF Constructions on this fitout project. STT Electrical Services installed modern LED lighting and upgraded the air conditioning system. We also installed several smart automation devices and a networking system.
Amenities Block Upgrade – Glenmore
Value: $30,000
Client: Johns Lyng Builders
The amenities block upgrade was undertaken with the Johns Lyng Builders working alongside, with a tight deadline to finish the work in school holidays. The facilities were brought right up to date with LED lighting and Dyson hand dryers finishing off the initial work of upgrading the distribution board and installing exhaust fans.
Switchboard and Emergency Lighting
Value: $9,500
Client: The Salvation Army
Electrical maintenance often involves ‘unseen’ work that is no less crucial than exterior features. We managed the upgrade of the switchboard and RCD protection, along with the emergency lighting system. We also installed a thermal imaging system and undertook regular testing and tagging.
Tesla Power Walls
Value: $30,000
Client: Private householder
In this growing field, a householder requested us to manage his solar power installation. We installed two Tesla ‘Power Wall’ systems. This included the connection to 10Kw existing solar system, creating a full home backup and ensuring the owners had access to 27Kw of usable power.
House Rewire
Value: $12,000
Client: Private householder
As part of a larger renovation project, we undertook the full rewiring of the home. We also installed new smoke alarms and a new switchboard, upgrading the RCD protection at the same time.
